光永株式会社は、精密平面研磨機（ラップ盤）の専業メーカーで、各機種共永年に亘る技術の蓄積と実績を持っております。
当社は、超高精密薄物のワーク物加工ができるよう、またユーザーの多様なご要求に対応できるよう常に開発改良を心掛けております。
当社研磨機の最大の特徴は、超高精密な平面度、平行度が要求される極めて薄いワーク物の加工にあります。
特に最適な加工物は水晶振動子、センサー、ゲージ類、ガラス類、薄物金属類等であります。
加工物により、3Bより13B迄機種も豊富で、さらに各機種共パーツの交換のみで、それぞれの下位機種と共用できるようなシステムとなっております。
メンテナンス面におきましても可能な限り容易に行なえるよう改良を続けております。

また、機種の取扱いも誰にでも簡単に使用できる方向への改良も同時に行っております。
周波数制御によるウエハー加工にはALC装置を、電気的発振のしないワーク加工にはソニー製デジタルゲージ（定寸装置）が共に簡単に取り付け可能な構造になっております。
更に当社では、サービスルームにおきまして各機種の使用方法、説明及び研磨指導も行なっております。

over the world.
We "MITSUNAGA (Ml)" always intends to develop and improve technology so that the ultra high precision thin workpieces can be lapped (or polished)in compliance with all user's various request.
The outstanding features of our DOUBLE SIDED LAPPING & POLISHING MACHINES are the processing of the extremely thin workpieces in ultra high precision surface and parallelism desired by users.
The most applicable materials are CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS, GLASS, THIN METAL ETC,. and also, GAUGE, SENSOR ETC.
Our machines range is wide, 3B to 13B, and each machine is designed compatible for easily changing
to lower class models by simply exchanging part, depending on the customers'required workpieces.
We have been trying to improve our machines for easier maintenance, and also easiest operation for any various operators. A couple of application for the adjustment of precise thickness is shown below.
Our machines have the structures whiche ca be adapted easily both A.L.C. device for the wafer work processed by controlling frequency, and DIZITAL GUAGE (Device size fix)manufactured by 'SONY PRECISION TECHNOLOGY' for the work of materials not being oscillated electrically.
